Al-Anon Tools

In Al-Anon there are many options available to us from where we can draw a "tool" to help us with a situation. All together, they become "The Al-Anon Program". Slowly we learn about them and begin to put them into action thus using these "tools" helps us in changing our attitudes, our perspective and our actions.

We like calling them "tools" as it helps knowing that we are "equipped" with them, and at any given time we can open our "tool box" and are sure to find something there to helps us through a situation.

All of them are available to us at any time, and we learn how apply them in our lives and use in our own special way.
